Abide Gathering Childcare and Kids Camp
For Infants through Rising 5th Grade Students
We are excited to offer childcare and kids camp for rising 5th graders and younger at Abide Gathering. Throughout the gathering, your kids will be nurtured and cared for by a stellar team of camp leaders and counselors. Many of our camp staff have worked at prior gatherings and are not only familiar with our program and the hotel, but also beloved by our kids and youth.
We will provide the following ratios of childcare providers for each age group:

Activities
We will have a mix of games, books, crafts, and other activities to keep kids engaged.
Older kids will have an opportunity to swim at the hotel pool and go on offsite field trips.
Safety
Every youth and childcare worker undergoes a criminal background check prior to working with Abide.
Cost
$495 - Includes ~30 hours of childcare, meals, and activities

Sample Agenda
Abide’s childcare program will be at The Henry Hotel. Parents are free to pick up children earlier than the noted pickup time, but need to pick up children no later than 9:45 pm.
There is kids programming during lunch, dinner, and adult free time; you do not need to pick up your children at those times unless you want to.
